To maximise the potential of the existing building, our proposals included an additional floor to accommodate 2 further penthouse apartments and private terraces. Gated parking facilities were also a requirement of the brief and provided to the rear of the property.

The construction works were carried out by Carillion for a build price of £1.5 million, and the project was completed in 2005.
