Our client purchased this imposing office building of approximately 12,000 sq ft in the centre of Beaconsfield in 2006. The existing building was an external shell only and A+K were commissioned to fully design and co-ordinate the interior fit out. This fit out was high specification with an elaborate ground floor entrance space, air conditioning, raised access flooring, suspended ceilings with LG3 compliant lighting and passenger lift.
As the building had been left vacant for a number of years, remedial works to the existing shell were necessary. The project involved consultation with Building Control and A+K detailed and co ordinated the project with full local authority approval.
